This document defines the career progression framework for engineers at OX Infy. It covers levels, specializations, and progression guidelines.
2. Engineering Levels

L1 - SDE-I

L2 - SDE-II
- Owns features end-to-end
- Mentors interns and SDE-Is
- Contributes to technical discussions
L3 - Senior SDE
- Owns systems and leads technical decisions
- Drives architectural improvements
- Mentors junior and mid-level engineers
L4 - Lead SDE
- Leads team technical direction

L5 - Principal Engineer

- No level change required for specialization switch
6.4 Review Cycle

- Specialization updates: Anytime with manager approval
