Compensation

Terms and Conditions

Probation Period: You will be on probation for a period of three (3) months from the date of joining. Upon successful completion, you will be confirmed as a permanent employee.

Working Hours: Standard working hours are 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1 hour 15 minutes break.

Leave Policy: You will be entitled to leaves as per the company's leave policy applicable to your employment category.

Notice Period: Post confirmation, sixty (60) days' written notice is required from either party for separation.

Confidentiality: You will be required to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement on joining.

- Medical fitness (if applicable)
- Submission of required documents
- Acceptance of company policies and Code of Conduct

- Previous employment documents (if applicable)
- Passport size photographs (4 nos.)

Offer Validity
This offer is valid until January 25, 2026. Please confirm your acceptance through OX Bema.
Upon successful joining, you will be issued a formal Appointment Letter governing detailed terms and conditions of employment.
