About the Role

The Product Engineering Lead drives the technical vision and execution of our products — OX Agry and OX Bema. This role combines hands-on engineering leadership with cross-functional coordination, ensuring our products are built with technical excellence and delivered effectively.


Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Lead technical decisions across product development initiatives
  • Define and maintain architecture standards and best practices
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality

Product Development

  • Drive end-to-end development of OX Agry and OX Bema
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Own technical roadmap aligned with product goals
  • Ensure timely delivery of features and releases

Coordination & Collaboration

  • Coordinate between engineering, design, and business teams
  • Communicate technical progress and blockers to stakeholders
  • Align cross-functional teams on priorities and dependencies
  • Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making

Mentorship

  • Guide and mentor team members on technical skills and best practices
  • Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement
  • Support career growth of engineering team members

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Strong background in software development
  • Proven experience leading technical decisions and mentoring engineers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance hands-on development with coordination responsibilities
  • Experience working in product-driven environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience building and scaling engineering teams
  • Track record of delivering products from 0 to 1
  • Background in agile/scrum leadership
  • Prior experience in startup or fast-paced environments
